Processing
Orders normally require 1–2 business days after payment confirmation for preparation. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Verification, availability, or exceptional demand may extend processing.
U.S. delivery estimate
Transit to eligible U.S. destinations generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing. This is an estimate. Customs, weather, carrier disruption, and remote locations can cause delays.
Destinations and charges
Available destinations, delivery options, shipping charges, and collected taxes appear at checkout. Import charges outside checkout depend on the disclosed shipping arrangement and applicable law.
Addresses and tracking
Check your delivery details before ordering. Request corrections immediately; changes may be impossible after fulfillment begins. Tracking is supplied when available, and carrier scans may take time to appear. Items may arrive separately.
Delivery problems
For delays, missing parcels, incorrect items, or transit damage, contact support with your order number and tracking details. Preserve damaged goods and packaging, with photos where possible. We review appropriate remedies under our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery estimates do not restrict mandatory consumer remedies.
