What do you sell?
Kayaking accessories, including paddles, storage bags, seats, carrying accessories, and personal outdoor gear. Availability varies.
Will an accessory fit my kayak?
Check measurements, mounting requirements, and compatibility in the listing. Ask us if anything is unclear.
Is every bag waterproof or every vest certified?
No blanket claim applies. Follow each product's documented rating, intended use, and instructions.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the methods displayed at checkout. Review the complete total before paying.
When will my order arrive?
Normal processing takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Eligible U.S. transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. These periods are separate; delivery dates are estimates.
What about shipping charges and tracking?
Checkout shows available delivery options and charges. Tracking is supplied after dispatch when available.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Request cancellation promptly; fulfillment may prevent changes. Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after receipt. Obtain instructions before returning goods.
What if something is wrong?
Report missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect goods with your order details and available photos. Approved refunds normally use the original payment method; bank posting times vary.
